Designated Physician Panels for Pennsylvania:

For all other offices, to create a panel of physicians near your office for NON EMERGENCIES – go to the following link https://tinyurl.com/tvcwzg4

Under Enter Address, enter only the State and Zip Code of your office and click Find Providers on the bottom left. A new page will appear. Click the blue box which says Create Medical Provider Posting (located above where it says Select the Language for this document). Print the next screen and hang with your other employment posters. These are the locations you can send employees for non-emergencies.
